VOTE ON OHIO HOUSE BILL NO. 486

On May 12, 2010 the Ohio House of Representatives voted 60-37 to pass House Bill No. 486, a bill aimed at further restricting short term loans. The vote came after heated discussion, with Representatives on both sides speaking out against the bill.

The Bill will now move to the Senate for consideration. We will continue to provide you with updates regarding the status of the Bill.
